The AFREC Sustainability Leadership Council is comprised of a diversity of industries that share a vested interest in sustainability, energy and profitability. Founded in 2005, AFREC is one of the nation’s first Corporate Leadership Councils to endorse all sustainable solutions that improve corporate profitability.
These programs use an open forum format presented four times a year. The Roundtables and Speaker Series are specifically designed to build rapport within the Council to create new business opportunities through collaboration. Senior corporate and government executives discuss corporate strategy, new technology, procurement initiatives and forecast industry shifts that could affect business.
The AFREC Website showcases our Council companies’ sustainability initiatives 24/7. It functions as a portal to pull in sustainability stakeholders and push out your news. We publish your press releases, sustainability reports and accolades. *AFREC is an acronym for Alternative Fuels Renewable Energies Council.
Professionals can earn 3 PDHs when they attend the Roundtables for no additional cost.
